Back in October, we sent out a survey to find out if parents would be interested in an after school club for Year 7 and/or 8 children. The response was amazing and as a result we are happy to to say that from Monday 26th February, we will offer the service asked for! For just £2 an hour per child, we will provide a comfortably furnished room together with activities and professional carers. There will be a selection of traditional board games, video games, computers, DVDs and craft activities like glass painting. Parents can arrange attendance with one week’s notice and collect their child when convenient between the hours of 3.10 (end of the school day) and 6.00 pm. We will require pre-payment in order to create our evening’s register and will make immediate contact should a child not attend the club as expected. What could be easier or more convenient?The extended school club will be situated in B16 facing the school’s bus bay so that we can see parents arrive to collect their child. Just follow the signs from the ‘B” Block entrance to the club room.
